Clinique International du Parc Monceau

LAUNCH OF THE AMBU'ACTIV SOLUTION

Posted on 07/19/2019

Since 17 July 2019, patients undergoing outpatient treatment have been receiving and answering a questionnaire directly by SMS with a direct web link the day before and the day after their operation to ensure real-time monitoring of their care.

The day before their operation, patients complete a questionnaire reminding them of the following information

  • The date and time they were called to the clinic
  • The pre-operative protocol (fasting rules, skin preparation)
  • The administrative and medical documents required

The day after the operation, the patient completes a questionnaire assessing his or her state of health since leaving the clinic:

  • Pain management
  • Control of post-operative nausea and vomiting, bleeding, etc.

Alerts are set according to the patient's responses.

The outpatient department monitors patient responses in real time and calls back patients who have triggered an alert or those who have not responded.

This interactive communication solution between patients and healthcare professionals strengthens the patient's role in their care.
